By accessing or using the Gopinath Infotech CRM platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Gopinath Infotech provides cloud-based CRM software including lead management, sales automation, inventory management, and related business tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring that account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

The service, including all software, content, features, and functionality, is owned by Gopinath Infotech and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data. You grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide the service.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gopinath Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
